Sacralità e Gusto is a collection of classical music live concerts that take place in the ancient romanic church of Pieve di Sant'Appiano, in Barberino Val D'Elsa area. Every Wednsday, starting from June 3rd to July 1st, at 8pm a different will take place; following the program:

-June 3rd: Alessandro Galati- Pianist and Composer

-June 10th: Stefano Montagnani Gipsy

-June 17th: Areas and duet of the most famous Italian opera composers

-June 24th: String quartet

-July 1st: Pietro Adragna- "Ensemble" in concert

The "Festa Medievale" of Monteriggioni takes place on June and July. This is the one of the most famous mediaeval pageants in Italy. Local people (and professionals) dressed in mediaeval costume play the roles of  farmers, merchants, soldiers, cross-bowmen, friars etc. displaying ancient arts and crafts along the few narrow streets and in the piazza. There are also magicians, astrologers, ballad singers, jesters, jugglers and acrobats coming from distant cities, and mediaeval dishes and drinks are available. It's well worth it to do a bit of planning to attend this festival. Although many other towns now have similar festivals, this is undoubtedly one of the best.

Orchestra della Toscana was founded in 1980 in Teatro Verdi of Florence; it is made up by 45 music players and it is considered one of the best Italian Orchestra. The cloister of Badia a Passignano Church (near Tavarnelle, 9 km far from Paluffo) will host Orchestra della Toscana that permorms some of the masterpieces of Vivaldi, Martini, Telemann, Boccherini and Mozart during two dates, July 4th and July 14th at 9.15pm.

At its IX° edition, this exibition take place every evening at 8.45pm and 10pm as an itinerant and theatral tour around Certosa del Galluzzo, the Cathedral in the Florence outskirts. Every historical site has its secrets: hidden in the corridors, rooms, and the most difficult bends and theaters. This is the best way to free them from the stones that jealously guard them and describe them to the public.

Ticket: 15€/adult and 12€/children.

Tower Festival is a mixture of performances during the summer period in San Gimignano. The first two events take place on July 18th and July 21st in the magical atmosphere of Piazza Duomo with the following programs:

-July 18th at 9pm: Uto Ughi, famous violinist, with I Filarmonici di Roma Orchestra performs a classic music concert ''Violino romantico'' €28,70/person

-July 21st at 9pm: Goran Bregovic with the Wedding and Funeral Band, a gypsy band of wind instrument, percussion and Bulgarian voices as a part of the tour "If you don't go crazy, you are not normal" €19,50/person

Every farmyard in the Montespertoli area (7km far from Paluffo) hosts for a week some special events during the summer season. This farm organizes wine tasting, snacks, dinners, horse riding and walks every day.

After a day of sightseeing or a day relaxing by the bio-pool, come to join a short e-bike tour through the beautiful Tuscany.

The sunset tours leave from Montespertoli village (7km far from Palugffo) between 17.00 and 18.00 hrs (5 en 6 p.m.) when the light is getting softer and shadows longer; this is the best time of the day to enjoy the Tuscan countryside and doing an e-bikes trip enjoying the nature.

We offer two kind of tours - Tuscan Wine and Tuscan History. During the first one you'll cycle slowly through the vineyards and olive groves over small roads with little traffic. As always, there are frequent stops with information about our surroundings. You will stop at an ancient winery, taste the wines and have some small snacks and the owner will guide us through both cantina as well as the vineyard. From here it is a short trip back to Montespertoli (we expect to be back around 8.30 pm).The Tuscan history includes stops at the most panoramic points and explaination of the history and how Tuscany came to be this spectacularly beautiful; you will have a snack at an agriturismo (farmhouse where you can sleep and/or eat) freshly prepared with local foods grown there (the summon of '0 km'). The return to Montespertoli and should be back around 8.30 pm.

A summer opera workshop in Chianti in Tuscany led by soprano Nicola Beller Carbone and director Paul Curran working both individually and in collaboration on voice and acting. The aim is to use our former experience as professionals in middle of our careers and having had countless requests to help young singers in classes and rehearsals, we feel we can be of very practical help in guiding young people in what working in the opera world is today as: Working with a director/conductor Repertoire preparation Rehearsal techniques Dealing with the daily difficulties of rehearsing or performing We both feel strongly that opera is an entirely collaborative art form, the singer can’t “do it alone”. Simply “singing” is not enough. Opera is music theatre, bringing vocal, acting, emotional and imaginative skills together through the voice, body and music.

Every day wine tasting, visit of the farm, appetizers with bread made from antique grains, local meats and cheeses, wine or artisan brewed beer, dinner are organized.
