Terra Vivente is an artistic journey aimed at exploring the richness of the soil, at the same time inspiring mosaic and creative matter. The exhibition collects a corpus of artists who are pushing to interpret, through multiple languages, their relationship with the earth. On the one hand, matter becomes art, exposing itself to ceramics and paintings, sensory experience and experience, on the other hand the earth is observed and transcribed through the language of photography and painting, in the abstract beauty of landscapes, balancing details and distant visions. It is a guided tour in the jewish synagogue which explains the history of Jews in Florence: their strenght and their difficulties untill their total integration in the 19th century. 

You'll visit the interior part of the synagogue admiring its artistic decorations and its museum with typical objects of the jewish culture.

The tour is about 1.30 hours and will start at 11 am. 

An extraordinary exhibition dedicated to the art of the 16th century. You will have the possibility to admire more than 70 works of art includeing those of Michelangelo, Bronzino, Giorgio Vasari, Rosso Fiorentino, Pontormo, Santi di Tito, Giambologna, Bartolomeo Ammannati.

The exhibition has the aim to celebrate the art of the 16th century as the art wcìhich reaced the maximum of beauty and perfection, under great figures just like Francesco I de’ Medici.
