Impruneta, a city at the beginning of the Chianti, is ready to celebrate its Terracotta, an excellence well known in all over the world. The Master Artisan will guide you on an exciting and unique journey to discover the secrets of one of the oldest Italian artistic traditions.
Three days of events and initiatives (17th, 18th and 19th May) that will embrace Impruneta, giving visitors evocative moments that will remain engraved in memory: from guided visits to the ancient furnaces where you will come into contact with the production chain to the laboratories where you will be the only actor working the clay, from incredible art performances to the tasting of typical local products.

A heritage of precious objects (terracotta artefacts, miniated manuscripts, oreficerie, parati) among which four sixteenth-century “soppani” (flat terracotta tiles for internal ceilings) with a series of terracotta votive plaques made between 1700 and 1900.
